Bill Walker
Founder & CEO
Bill Walker leads Aesthetic Brokers with a singular focus on delivering uncommon results for our clients. Prior to founding the firm, Bill led mergers & acquisitions for a large private equity-backed healthcare services organization, where he helped countless physicians unlock hundreds of millions in generational wealth.
Bill’s approach to transactions is informed by his distinguished military career as a Marine Corps pilot, including service under two administrations at the Presidential Helicopter Squadron and commanding a squadron in combat. This background instilled the discipline, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to excellence that now defines our client relationships.
Bill holds degrees from The Ohio State University, Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. When not securing optimal outcomes for practice owners, he serves on the Board of Trustees for the Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial and coaches youth basketball for his two daughters.
Mandy Gast
Vice President of Business Development
Mandy Gast drives all components of our transaction process, from initial strategy development through final execution. Her extensive experience leading healthcare practice acquisitions from the buy-side within private equity-backed Management Services Organizations gives her an uncommon advantage when advising our clients.
With over a decade of experience in negotiations, deal structuring, financial analytics, and practice operations, Mandy brings invaluable insights from her previous roles as Senior Vice President at Dental Care Alliance and business development leader for Complete Health, a private equity-backed primary care MSO.
Mandy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of North Florida. She is Six Sigma certified and serves as a board member for Complete Health Accountable Care ACO. Her ability to listen intently to client goals and develop executable strategies consistently maximizes transaction outcomes.


Drew Smyth
Vice President of M+A
Drew Smyth advises plastic surgery centers, med spas, and cosmetic dermatology owners through every phase of the transaction process. As the son of a physician, Drew gained unique perspective on practice ownership challenges early in life, witnessing firsthand how administrative burdens can detract from patient care.
Prior to joining Aesthetic Brokers, Drew worked on the buy-side for a large dermatology platform sponsored by one of the world’s largest pension funds. His experience also includes developing joint venture MSO structures with hospitals and oncologists for a publicly traded healthcare services company. Drew began his career providing fair market valuation services to large healthcare operators.
Drew holds an MBA with a specialization in Business Analytics and a BS in Finance from the University of Alabama. His comprehensive understanding of both clinical and financial considerations enables him to secure optimal transaction terms while preserving practice integrity.
